- When a check-in step is missing: Wherever badge photos are on, which is the default, a missing headshot also blocks the badge.
- Evidence packs and the audit trail: By default, only org admins and compliance managers can build or download evidence packs and export the ledger. Auditor accounts can view the ledger.
