We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

All intellectual property rights in our services, including software, algorithms, and databases, remain our exclusive property. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecurePoint USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
