- Bulk screening and CSV processing capabilities
- Audit-grade reporting and compliance documentation
- Multi-channel alerting and notification systems
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials
- Using the service only for lawful purposes
- Respecting the privacy and rights of others
4. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
Users must ensure their use of our services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards including but not limited to ITAR, EAR, OFAC, GDPR, and other export control and data protection regulations.
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect service availability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
