Trustworthy and Responsible AI
We use AI to assist, not replace. Our assistants support entity matching (fuzzy/phonetic), risk summaries, and optional vision parsing of ID text. Final access decisions are human-made, with immutable audit logs (5–7 year retention). Our practices align with DHS principles for safe, secure, trustworthy, human-centered AI; NIST AI RMF (Govern, Map, Measure, Manage); and OMB M-24-10 safeguards for public-impacting AI.
Methods
- • Entity matching with fuzzy/phonetic search
- • Risk summarization to highlight context
- • Optional vision parsing for IDs (opt-in)
Safeguards
- • Human-in-the-loop adjudication
- • Immutable audit logs for actions and outcomes
- • Evaluator thresholds and bias checks
- • Policy templates for ITAR/EAR and sanctions
Disclaimer: AI outputs are assistive signals, not determinations. Compliance and access decisions are made by authorized personnel.
